In September 2019, the filming of the series “The bite of the wolf” took place in Kyiv. The Plan U Production team produced this series entirely on their own. It was an important milestone for our production center. We are pleased to see that the debut series received positive reviews and garnered a substantial viewership.

” The bite of the wolf ” is a four-episode melodrama/crime film directed by Denis Tarasov, featuring Maria Kozakova, Kirill Rubtsov, Mikhail Gavrilov, and Alexey Yarovenko in the lead roles. The premiere was aired on November 23, 2019, on the 1+1 channel. It is a story about a fragile and feminine character Larisa, whose life turned upside down at one moment and made her become a strong and decisive “she-wolf”. She is to solve the unfinished criminal cases of her deceased husband, who turned out to lead a double life.

Larisa’s calm, carefree life (a happy marriage, a child, a job) suddenly falls apart: not only was her husband murdered, but it turns out that he had never worked at the furniture company and was, in fact, a professional killer who perished while carrying out another order. Larisa can’t accept the harsh reality for a long time, but the investigation keeps providing with new and undeniable evidence. She is on the brink of a nervous breakdown and is ready to take her son anywhere, even to the ends of the earth, but she is placed under house arrest and without any means of support. However, the ordeal is far from over, as a criminal authority named Samson emerges, demanding to return the fee for Kirill’s uncompleted order, which is a staggering sum for Larisa. Is she can’t return it she has to finish the order. Her son’s life is at stake, so Larisa is willing to go to great lengths to protect him.

The unexpected turns in the film constantly keep the viewers on edge.
